Rights and provenance

Copyright, trademarks and takedowns

Every distributable Skin must record whether its media is original, licensed or private-reference-only. Famous characters, people and brands are not cleared merely because a prompt describes their style.

Creator warranty

Publishers must have the rights needed for every portrait, illustration, font, logo, character, signature, sound and package asset, and must not imply affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Report requirements

Identify the protected work or mark, the exact theme URL, the material at issue, your contact details, the requested action and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to submit the report.

Review process

Reported content may be hidden while reviewed. We may request proof of ownership or license, notify the publisher, preserve relevant records and remove or restrict material when appropriate.

Counter-notices

A publisher who believes removal was mistaken may provide identification, an explanation, supporting rights evidence and any legally required declarations. Restoration is not guaranteed.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate third-party rights may lose publishing access or be terminated, subject to context and applicable law.

Platform package safety

Community submissions may provide declarative theme data and reviewed assets only. Arbitrary scripts and executables are not accepted as marketplace content; installer code remains platform-maintained.
